<ul>
<li>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Performance 	of MS Outlook will diminish</span></span></p>
</li>
<li>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Chances 	of the PST damage will increase</span></span></p>
</li>
<li>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Damage 	of the PST can put you in data loss</span></span></p>
</li>
</ul>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">To keep you away from above mentioned issues, size of the PST should be maintained in such a way that it does not reach 2 GB. Mentioned below are the tips using which you can control the PST size:</span></span></p>
<ol>
<li>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Archive the PST on regular interval</strong>: Archiving is the process of placing older emails into another PST. Shifting older emails into another PST reduces the size of the original PST; therefore, the performance of the Outlook does not reduce. In addition, chance of the PST damage also reduces. </span></span></p>
</li>
<li>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Delete Unimportant Emails</strong>: Emails that are not important for you must be deleted after you have read them. Presence of unimportant emails only increases the size of the PST file. </span></span></p>
</li>
<li>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Compress the PST</strong>: When you delete items from the mailbox then the space occupied by them is not actually deleted. To free the space occupied by deleted items, you should compact the PST on regular intervals. </span></span></p>
</li>
<li>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Remove Attachments</strong>: Attachments play a vital role in increasing the size of the PST; therefore, they should be deleted from the emails and placed at any other location so that the size of PST can be controlled. <span id="more-11"></span></span></span></p>
</li>
</ol>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">By considering the above given methods, size of the PST can be controlled. In addition, the PST can be protected from being damaged. However, in case the PST has already been damaged, use Fix Outlook software to repair the damaged PST within minutes. The Fix Outlook software supports all versions of MS Outlook and repairs the damaged PST in few easy steps. While repairing the damaged PST, the Fix Outlook software maintains data integrity, emails properties, emails structure, etc. </span></span></p>
